Terms & Conditions
By registering for courses, programs, examinations, or services offered by MLI Canada, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Student Responsibilities
Students are expected to:
- Maintain a minimum attendance rate of 90% where required.
- Complete assigned coursework and assessments on time.
- Respect instructors, staff, and fellow students.
- Follow all school policies and academic integrity requirements.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, learning resources, website content, logos, branding, and educational materials are the intellectual property of MLI Canada unless otherwise stated.
No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from MLI Canada.
Program Changes
MLI Canada reserves the right to modify course schedules, classroom locations, instructors, delivery methods, and program structures when necessary. Reasonable notice will be provided whenever possible.
Limitation of Liability
MLI Canada shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in courses, examinations, or use of this website.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
For complete terms governing specific programs, please refer to the applicable enrollment agreement or program contract.
Refund Policy
CLB Level Students
- Registration fee: Non-refundable.
- No classes attended: 70% of tuition refunded.
- Any class attended (including a 1-hour trial lesson) and refund requested within 3 days of payment: 30% of tuition refunded.
- Package programs with more than one week of classes: No refund for any unused portion.
PEQ Students
- Registration fee (CAD $250): Non-refundable.
- Tuition fees: Non-refundable.
TEF Exam Fees
Cancellation
* More than 15 days before the exam date: CAD $100 administrative fee deducted; remaining balance refunded.
* Less than 15 days before the exam date: No refund.

Transfer
* Transfers are permitted up to 15 days before the exam date.
* CAD $100 administrative fee applies.
* No transfers are permitted within 15 days of the exam date.
Absence
Candidates who fail to attend their examination without prior cancellation are not eligible for any refund.
Always Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation, rescheduling, withdrawal, or non-attendance:

Final Interpretation
MLI Canada reserves the right to final interpretation of this Refund Policy.
This Refund Policy applies only to regular courses and programs. Pathway programs, partnership programs, and other special programs may be subject to separate refund policies.

Certain website design elements, icons, illustrations, templates, and graphic assets are licensed from third-party providers, including Magnific and other authorized sources.
Some visual materials are used under valid commercial licenses and remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
Certain assets may include attribution requirements such as:
- Designed by Magnific
- Google-provided resources and services
- Licensed stock images and design assets
- AI-generated content
- Original content created by MLI Canada
All original text, branding, educational materials, graphics, videos, photographs, and website content created by MLI Canada remain the intellectual property of MLI Canada.
Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of any proprietary content without prior written permission is prohibited.
